When you join our founding-member list, we collect:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to give it
- Your state
- What you want help with, and which plan sounds like you, if you choose to tell us
We also collect basic technical details, like the page you came from and your IP address, to keep the site safe and to learn which links bring people to us.
We do not ask for your Social Security number, your credit reports, or your bank details on this website.
How we use it

- To send you RIZO updates and free credit lessons
- To tell you when RIZO opens in your state
- To improve this website
Text messages
We only text you if you check the box that says we can. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. Your phone number and text opt-in are never sold or shared with anyone else for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with the service companies that help us run RIZO, such as our website host and the tools we use to send email and texts. They may only use it to help us.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are on our list. If you ask us to delete it, we will.
Your choices
- Stop emails: click “unsubscribe” in any email.
- Stop texts: reply STOP.
- See, fix, or delete your info: email us and we will help.
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to ask us to delete it, and to ask us to correct it. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Kids
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
